Elias Estabrook (he/him pronouns) is a League Cycling Instructor (LCI), certified by the League of American Bicyclists in October 2020. Elias has been riding bikes for much of his life, starting with a blue children's bike with training wheels in a schoolyard in Somerville, MA. More recently, he's been riding his bike to work all year long and road-riding to many towns in Connecticut. He wants to share the fun, thrills, and many other benefits of biking with as many people as possible in New Haven. Elias holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Yale University and is pursuing a graduate certificate in Workforce Development. He also works at New Haven Works in career counseling and volunteers on the city's Affordable Housing Commission.

Caydance Hill is the Website Manager for the New Haven Coalition for Active Transportation. A student in the New Haven Public Schools, Caydance is instrumental in maintaining NHCAT’s communication and mission to the general public. When she isn’t out riding her bicycle, Caydance enjoys playing basketball, and rugby, as well as spending time with her dog and rabbit. Caydance’s aspirations includes attending college and pursing a degree in the law and/or CSI field.
