Lee Osorio is the executive director of the New Haven Coalition for Active Transportation, NCAT. A migrant from Puerto Rico, Lee holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice and an M.S. in Administration and Youth Development from Albertus Magnus College.

It is very satisfying to be able to work with NHCAT to bring more cycling to our youth. We look forward to the 2024 launch of a public school youth cycling class that focuses on road safety, bicycle repair, and the mechanics and chemistry of cycling!

Anthony has been involved in bicycle safety and active transportation advocacy since 2004 when he was a founding board member of the Central CT Bicycle Alliance.

Elias has been the part-time Bike Education Coordinator for NCAT since 2022, and he got his League Cycling Instructor (LCI) certification in October 2020. He has loved teaching classes with NCAT since early 2021.

Li brings his role at Bikes for Kids to NCAT. He is a bike mechanic skill instructor at the Devil's Gear classes and safety inspects the NCAT bicycles. He volunteers with the Saint Martin de Porres Academy bike club and loves to help with the youth rides.
