Cadesha Prawl

Cadesha Prawl works at a major health insurance company and in her role, she serves as an Accessibility Maven, ensuring digital assets are ADA and WCAG compliant.

Born in St. Catherine, Jamaica (West Indies), and raised in Norwalk, CT, Cadesha earned her undergraduate and MBA at Southern Connecticut State University. Cadesha has contributed to a number of non-profit organizations aligning with youth, empowerment, and sports, that includes the Hopkins School Parent Association, Girl Scouts of America, Project Youth Court New Haven, West Haven Seahawks Pop Warner Football, and New Haven Seminoles AYF Football. Cadesha serves on the board of the League of America Bicyclists and is a certified League Cycling Instructor. She brings a passion for cycling and empowering women to join her for a ride. Cadesha enjoys spending time outdoors with her three children and husband.

Harrison Robbins-Pesce

Harrison Robbins-Pesce received his B.S. in Finance from Quinnipiac University. In 2015, he graduated from The University of Connecticut School of Law.

Harrison then received his Masters of Law in 2016, becoming the first ever graduate of UCONN Law's Energy & Environmental Law program. Since joining Mills & Cahill in 2017, Attorney Pesce has tried numerous jury cases to verdict. \nPrior to graduating law school, Harrison was the owner and founder of The Mochi Store LLC in New Haven, the state's first and only mochi ice cream store. Mochi is a steamed rice flour that coats a small ball of ice cream creating a unique, chewy experience. A family business, Bubbies Mochi Ice Cream from Hawaii, has been featured on Oprah's \"O\" List, in Food and Wine Magazine, and on The View.\nRaised in Connecticut, Harrison has a strong commitment to the state and especially the New Haven area. He is a founding board member of The New Haven Coalition for Active transportation, a non-profit organization promoting bicycle education in New Haven. Harrison is a devoted advocate of the environment and an active outdoorsman.Harrison is member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section, and the New Haven Bar Association.

Doug Hausladen

Doug Hausladen

Doug Hausladen currently serves as Executive Director for the New Haven Parking Authority, which manages New Haven Union Station. He formerly served as the Director of Transportation for the City of New Haven.

He was appointed to both positions by former Mayor Toni Harp. Doug has a degree in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University and comes to the public sector with professional experiences in local government, real estate, social entrepreneurship, local food systems, and public health. He co-organized the New Haven Safe Streets Coalition and believes in the collective power to make real change at the grass-roots level. Doug was twice elected to the New Haven Board of Alders and in his present role, he is regional leader for Complete Streets, Smart Parking, Mobile Payment, Active Transportation, Tactical Urbanism, and Sustainability. In the past decade Doug has built some of Connecticut's first protected bike lanes, contraflow bike lanes, and more. He was recently selected by CT Magazine as a 2022 “40 under 40.” Doug is certified as League Cycling Instructor (LCI) by the League of American Bicyclists and teaches NCAT bike education classes.

Letamarie Highsmith was employed as Vice President of Business Development for Specialized Packaging Group. Upon retirement in 2010 she turned her time and talents to serving her community.

She is also a founding member of the Dixwell Avenue Arts Festival, exposing New Haven’s urban youth to a wide array of art mediums. Ms. Highsmith is a former board member and board chair of Junta for Progressive Action; a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of education, counseling, legal, and social services to the Latinx community in the Greater New Haven area to advance an inclusive social, economic and civic community for all. Ms. Highsmith is also a former member of the Board of Directors of “Jane Doe No More” – a non profit organization whose mission is to empower survivors of sexual assault to find their voice, advance their healing and educate others. She speaks on panels and in classrooms bringing JDNM’s signature program, “Safe Student Initiative”, to students from middle school through college. She is also volunteers her time as a Survivor Speak coach. As a Licensed Bicycling Instructor, certified by the League of American Bicylists, Ms. Highsmith shares her love of cycling by teaching bicycle safety, and bicycle handling skills to children and adults. Ms. Highsmith received her undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and her MBA in International Business from the University of New Haven.

Raymond Tsao

Raymond is an entrepreneur, investor, and problem solver. He recently launched Pour Your Cup, a social enterprise, to foster a culture of generosity by making it easier for people to connect,
engage, and help one another through common interests, along with PYC Giving Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Raymond is also the founder of Covendis, which helps organizations manage their contractors and consultants. He started Covendis based on his experience as the Chief Operating Officer of Analytika, a venture-backed software startup based in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. Prior to joining Analytika, he worked for the management consultancy Booz and Co. (fka Booz Allen and Hamilton.) Raymond received an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University.

David Berkowitz

David Berkowitz

Treasurer

David Berkowitz is a private investor residing in New Haven with his wife and two children. David currently serves on the board of the New Haven Coalition for Active Transportation, the Helen and William Mazer Foundation, and the Connecticut chapter of the Trust for Public Land.

A former Peace Corps volunteer in Mali, David holds a B.A. in History from Brandeis University and an MBA from the University of Colorado.

Greg Ledovsky

Greg Ledovsky

Greg Ledovsky is a partner at the Devil's Gear Bike Shop and New Haven Bike Mechanics. He also serves on the E-Board of the Downtown-Wooster Square Community Management Team.

He served on the Mayor's Taskforce on Bicycle Education, and has attended the City of New Haven Democracy School.\n​\nGreg joined a mountain biking club freshman year of high school, served as an officer of the Outing Club while attending Clark University, and is proud to be a League Cycling Instructor (LCI). He has hiked in more than 20 US states, including the southernmost quarter of the Appalachian Trail.
